If you're reading this, odds are that you've got a Gage & Tollner story of your own — and maybe many. We want to hear them!

“Legends of Gage & Tollner” is an oral history project about the people who make this restaurant so special and its history so rich. Think along the lines of Humans of New York, but focused entirely on your memories of this historic restaurant. We want to share your stories not only with our fans on social media, but also preserve them for future generations — hopefully with a Gage & Tollner book not too far down the line!

Participants will be asked to come down to 372 Fulton St. so we may shoot your portrait and record your stories about the original restaurant: your favorite meal, most memorable experience, anecdotes about former staff, even just the way you felt when you were last at Gage & Tollner... truly, we want to hear it all!  You’ll get a look inside the restaurant as it’s being built plus a $20 gift card to use at the restaurant as soon as we’re open.
